A fourth order parabolic equation with nonlinear principal part

In this paper, we study a fourth order parabolic equation with nonlinear principal part modeling epitaxial thin film growth in two space dimensions. On the basis of the Schauder type estimates and Campanato spaces, we prove the global existence of classical solutions.
