摘    要:采用超声振动原理建立了滑动轴承气蚀磨损模拟试验装置,并用该试验装置研究了滑动轴承气蚀磨损现象,通过分析比较大量实验研究结果,发现了一些新的气蚀现象,并对滑动轴承气蚀机理进行了分析。

Abstract:An experimental device for evaluating the cavitation erosion behavior of journal bearings was established based on the principle of ultrasonic vibration. The cavitation erosion behavior of a journal bearing was experimentally investigated with the device. Some new phenomena of cavitation erosion were observed, while the cavitation erosion mechanisms of the journal bearing was discussed and analyzed, by summarizing many experimental phenomena and results.
