| Abstract: | Using 3D FEM for elastic plastic finite deformation, the mechanical response in the process of gear precise forging is analyzed and the details concerning the stresses and deformation of the upper mould, precisely forging gear and lower mould are obtained. A software system of 3D finite element analysis for precise gear forging is developed. |
