旋转叶片滚子式动力吸振器基本原理和特性

摘    要:讨论了一种可用于旋转叶片的动力吸振器基本原理和动态特性。文中首先说明了这种以滚子滚动作为辅助系统的动力吸振器结构和力学模型,建立了吸振器数学模型并进行了相应的数学分析;然后说明了这种滚子式动力吸振器可随叶片旋转速度变化的自调谐特性,讨论了有关自调谐特性的性质。研究表明,这种新型的滚子式动力吸振器结构紧凑,具有随叶片旋转速度变化的自调谐功能,可以用于旋转叶片的减振问题。最后,文中研究和分析了这种吸振系统频率特性,表明这种系统也具有特殊的“频率转向”特性,反映了系统不同模态间的耦合性质。

Abstract:The mechanism and dynamic characteristics of a dynamic vibration absorber used in rotating blades are discussed. The structure and mechanical model of the absorber associated by a ball rolling in a spherical trough are demonstrated, and the corresponding the mathematical model is established. A self-tuning property of this absorber is discovered via detail analysis to reveal that the resonance frequency is able to vary with the changed rotating blade speed. As a compact structure with self-tuning property, the new type of ball-in-trough vibration absorber enables to reduce rotating blade vibration obviosly. The frequency veering is discussed finally.
