稀土顺1,4聚丁二烯的分子缠结与结晶

摘    要:本文用电镜研究了经过分级得到的不同分子量及不同分子量分布的稀土顺1,4 聚丁二烯(Ln-PB)及镍顺1,4 聚丁二烯(Ni-PB)的低温结晶形态、结晶成核及生长机理。发现低分子量 PB以预现成核为主,而高分子量PB以大分子的缠结为中心的散现成核为主,得到两种不同片层缠结形态的PB球晶。其结晶形态及速率主要受高分子量中的大分子缠结影响。

Abstract:Cis-1, 4-polybutadiene synthesized by lanthanide catalyst (Ln-PB) was fractionated by precipitation method (toluene/methanol) into 5 fractions. Crystallization of each fraction was carried out at -30℃ and its morphological structure was investigated by transmisson electron microscopy. The structure parameters of entanglement network were obtanied from experimental relaxation spectrum. It has been found that the morphology and rate of crystallization depend not only on the stereoregularity, but also on the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the macromolecules. The low molecular weight fraction crystallized primarily with predetermined nuclei, and its lamellae are not entangled, while the high molecular weight fraction crystallized primarily from sporadic nuclei, and accompanied by lamellae entanglement. The nu-claetion and growth of crystallization depend on the average molecular weight of entanglement segment M.
