摘    要:
利用脉冲X射线高速摄影系统,研究了带壳聚能装药爆炸过程中隔板的变形过程,测定了隔板变形速度。同时测出了相应的壳体膨胀速度ve,药形罩压垮速度v0,射流速度vj,压垮角和变形角。每条曲线至少有四个实验点,每个实验点均为三次实验的平均值。

Abstract:
kV pulsed X-ray photograph has been used to research on the collapsing process of the cased shaped charge and the pictures of the shaper after detonation which were got by the pulsed X-ray photographs. Experimental equipment is HP43733A, 300 kV pulsed X-ray high speed photographic system. In the experiment,a special equipment has been used for preventing the damage action of fragments. The main explosive used in the experiment is cast TNT/RDX, 50/50. Density of the charge is 1. 68 g/cm3. It weighs 98 grams. Tansmission charge is the pressed charge. It weighs 8 grams. The case shell uses hard aluminium. The material of the shaper is 3840 spoxphenotic glass laminate. It weighs 16 grams.In this article,the experimental curves of the collapsing process have been given by experiment and it is found that the main deformed processes of the shaper are the radial expansion and the axial retreat. The retreating velocity at the shaper bottom is bigger than the retreating velocity at the top ,so the shape of the shaper ievery experimental point is the average of three experimental data.
