Abstract: | ![]() Using the Einstein and the high temperature approximation the renormalized harmonic phonon approximation yields at constant pressure a first order phase transition similar to the van der Waals phase transition. Calculation of the compressibility by different methods leads to an inconsistency of about 55%. |
