摘    要:
根据激光扫描在线检测的特点 ,在理论上对JSY 1型激光扫描尺寸自动检测仪的平均扫描速度和扫描角进行了分析和计算。通过一些实例 ,探讨了工件振动与扫描检测之间的关系。结果表明 :工件振动对激光扫描检测精度的影响很小 ,调整激光扫描完全适用于工件的非接触在线尺寸检测

Abstract:
It is presented theoretically according to the characteristic of the laser scan online test that the analysis and calculation of the average scan speed and the scan angle of the laser scan automatic dimensions tester model JSY 1. It is shown by examples that the influence of the workpiece vibration on the laser scan test accuracy is petty and the laser scan with high scan speed is suitable for the contactless online test of the workpieces.
