| Abstract: | The influence of the increasing temperature and falling temperature on the voltage-tempera- ture characteristics of semiconductor PN junction were measured and discussed. It was found that the experiment result in falling temperature is better than the experiment result in increasing temperature in the PN junction experiment. |
