(R)‐N‐[(R)‐1‐(2‐Hydroxy‐5‐methyl­phenyl)‐2‐phenyl­ethyl]‐2‐methyl‐1‐phenyl­propyl­ammonium chloride

In the title compound, C₂₅H₃₀NO⁺·Cl⁻, the mol­ecules are linked by a combination of inter­molecular N—H⋯Cl and O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and intra­molecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The absolute configuration of the new stereogenic centre (the C atom adjacent to the N atom on the phenol side) is determined to have an R configuration.
