Observation of Bose condensation in (Pb0.4Sn0.6)0.86In0.14Te semiconductor solid solutions using Mössbauer spectroscopy

Abstract:73As(73Ge) Mössbauer emission spectroscopy is used to ascertain that the transition of the (Pb0.4Sn0.6)0.86In0.14Te solid solution to a superconducting state is accompanied by a change in electronic density at the cation sites, and spatial inhomogeneities in the Bose condensate of Cooper pairs are revealed.
