响应面法优化超声提取花生壳多酚

摘    要:采用响应面法对超声辅助提取花生壳多酚的工艺条件进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上选取乙醇体积分数、液固比、超声功率和提取温度四因素,利用Box-Benhnken试验和响应面分析法,研究了各自变量交互作用及其对花生壳多酚提取率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。结果表明,超声辅助提取花生壳多酚的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数68%、液固比(mL/g)43:1、超声功率120 W,提取温度78℃,多酚类物质的实测得率(1.67%)与响应曲面拟合所得方程的预测值(1.69%)符合良好。
