塞曼校正原子吸收法测定钢铁中锌的背景过度补偿的研究

摘    要:本文实验研究了在磁场置于石墨炉原子化器的塞曼背景校正原子吸收分光光度计上的铁基体对分析锌元素的影响。铁213.859nm线与锌213.856nm分析线相差0.003mm,在分析过程中铁对锌产生严重的光谱重叠干扰和塞曼背景校正过度补偿。经实验确定了两个原子化阶段,第一个原子化阶段锌完全原子化,铁原子化;第二个原子化阶段铁完全原子化,从而实现分步测定锌和铁两种元素,完全消除了铁基体对锌的光谱干扰。

Abstract:In this paper,it has studied that influence of ferro matrix on determination zinc at zeeman background correct atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The difference between ferro line ( 213.859nm ) and zinc line (213.856nm) is 0.003nm, when zinc is determined,iron causes spectral overlap interference and zeeman background correct overcompensation. Two atomization steps are defined to experiment, in the first step zinc is atomized without any loss of iron,and in the second step iron is atomized,it is eliminated that iron matrix causes spectral interference.
