测定木素磺酸盐和磺化碱木素相对分子质量分布的凝胶色谱法

摘    要:用水溶性流动相在Ultrahydrogel柱上测定了木素磺酸盐和磺化碱木素的相对分子质量及其分布。流动相的离子强度和 pH值对样品和标样的保留时间和峰面积都有显著的影响。根据色谱峰的位置、峰面积和样品的分离程度 ,确定以 pH=7.0的0.1mol/LNaNO3 溶液为适宜的流动相。

Abstract:The relative molecular masses and their distribution of lignosulfonate and sulfonated soda lignin samples were determined by aqueous gel permeation chromatography. It has been found that ionic strength and pH value of the mobile phases have significant influences on the flow behaviors of standard samples and lignin samples. A 0.1 mol/L NaNO3 solution with pH 7 was selected as the mobile phase in the experiment after the examination of peak area, retention time and resolution of chromatogram. An improved chromatographic resolution and decreased non _ size _ exclusion effect could be obtained.
