摘    要:研究了碱式模式氢化物发生原子荧光法测定痕量锗。考察了HG-AFS仪器参数及氢化物发生条件对锗荧光强度的影响以及常见共存元素的干扰。在选定的最佳工作条件下,测定了真菌中的痕量锗。方法检出限(3σ)为0.76μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.81%,回收率为94.6%-101.3%。

Abstract:A method for determination of trace Germanium in edible fungus by atomic fluorescence spectrometry using hydride generation with alkaline mode was described. The influences of HG-AFS operating parameters and hydride generation conditions on the fluorescence intensity of Ge were investigated. The interference of 20 co-elements were studied.The trace germanium in edible fungus was determined under the optimized conditions.The interference was eliminated effectively. The detection limit of the method is 0.76 μg/L (3σ) with relative standard deviation of 0.81% and recovery of 94.6~101.3%.
