Abstract: | A quantum well in a microcavity driven by an external field is studied. Applying a linearized fluctuation analysis, single
mode quadrature squeezing spectra as well as continuous-variable (CV) entanglement between the cavity field and exciton are
investigated. It shows that a maximum squeezing can be achieved by choosing appropriate quadrature angles for different nonlinearities.
More importantly, CV entanglement can be generated in this scheme. |
