摘    要:针对大口径的凸非球面零件使用特殊材料(如采用碳化硅)时无法用传统的背部检验方法的难题,初步研究了计算全息法检测凸非球面的原理和方法。所研究的凸曲面为一扁球面,口径为100mm,通过设计得出了相应的结果,实现了新型光学元件——二元光学面在凸曲面检验中的应用。

Abstract:It is difficult to use the back testing method to test the large aperture asphere component made with special material such as the SiC. To solve this problem, the CGH for the convex surface testing is discussed and the practical optical parameters are given. The sample is a convex surface with the aperture of 100 mm, the obtained result indicates the possibility of the binary optics used in the convex surface testing.
