| 摘 要： | 通过对图书馆运行机理与信息管理中网络关系的分析 ,结合局域网设计要求 ,把网络优化模型应用到图书馆管理中 ,建立了集图书馆管理、服务、文献优化配置、资金预算、资金分配、事务调查和咨询于一体的、系统的网络管理优化模型 .经过在图书馆中的实际应用 ,获得了好的效果 .

| Abstract: | This article analyses the relationship of network between the moving mechanism and information management in librarise, in the light of the request of partial network design, by optimized network, it further studys how to establish a network pattern for library management, service, programme, budget of capital, assignment of capital, business investigation and seeking advice all together through overall arrangement and mathematical treatment. |
