摘    要:The effect of reversed micelle on the conformation of enzyme was studied by sensor techniques. By means of measurement of the response current of GOD enzyme membrane electrode, the effects of enzyme embedded in AOT reversed micellar on GOD conformation and catalytic activity are discussed. The results show that the response current increased greatly with decreasing ratio of GOD/AOT, meaning that the catalytic activity and the conformation stability of enzyme were enhanced.
