生血宁片中Fe元素的形态分析方法研究

为对生血宁片中Fe元素的形态进行分析,采用了溶剂法、树脂法制备相应供试品溶液,通过微波消解与ICP-MS法测定了生血宁片中Fe元素的含量,并进行了形态研究。结果表明,生血宁片中Fe元素主要以稳定态形式存在,既以有机态又以无机态形式存在,且主要以Fe2+的稳定结合态的形式存在。通过离子树脂筛选出不同价态的铁元素,为价态的分离提供一新方法,且进一步证明了Fe元素的起效形式,同时为中药材或中成药的质量控制及药理研究提供理论参考。

Research on Speciation Analytical Method of Element Fe in Shengxuening

Speciation analysis of Fe element of Shengxuening,and to separateand determinethe contentof different forms of Fe element.This paper give the corresponding solution for the preparation of test materials with solvent and resin method,and offer the determination of the content of Fe element using microwave digestion method and ICP-MS instrument,and conduct a series of speciation analysis.Result the Fe element of Shengxuening present mainly in the form of steady state.In exists in the form of organic state and inorganic form,can be absorbed in the stomach part and in the small intestine part,and more importantly presents in the bounded steady state.Ion resin filter out the different valences of iron ions and provide a new method for the separation of different prices of Fe element,and supply further evidence of onset form of the element Fe,and furnish a theoretical reference for quality control and pharmacological studies of Chinese herbal medicine or Chinese patent medicines.
