火焰原子吸收和ICP-MS测定饮料中23种无机元素

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了四大类11种饮料中23种无机元素的含量。研究了硝酸和共存元素对火焰原子吸收测试的影响,以及不同预处理方法对实验结果的影响,对实验条件进行了优化。结果表明,饮料中富含人体所需的K,Na,Ca,Mg等元素,As,Pb,Cu,Zn,Fe等元素含量符合国家标准。

Abstract:elements in 11 kinds of beverages were determined by FAAS and ICP-MS. The effects of nitric acid and coexist elements on FAAS determination were studied and the experimental conditions were optimized. The results show that these beverages contain abundant inorganic elements like K, Na, Ca and Mg, which are important for human being. The content of trace elements As, Pb, Cu, Zn and Fe are under the tolerance limit of GB standard.
