摘    要:在激光器谐振腔中放入单轴石英晶体,由于石英晶体对o光和e光的折射率的不同,所以,在同一谐振腔中o光和e光有不同的光程和谐振频率.将其称之为模式分裂效应.利用这一效应可以制成频率达几十兆赫兹的双频激光器.针对原有理论与实验结果之间的某些差异,建立了一套分析该种类型双频激光器的理论.根据所建立的理论着重分析了谐振腔光轴与晶轴夹角α对激光器频差的影响.并绘出了He-Ne激光管L<150nm和150nm

Abstract:Because the difference of refractive index between o-ray e-ray in quartz crystal,o-ray and e-ray will have different optical path length and oscillation frequency when a quartz crystal is placed in laser cavity.It is called mode splitting.A dual frequency laser tube with tens of MHz frequency difference can be developed with this technique.But there are some disaccord between he theory curve and experiment result.In this paper a new theory model is developed in order to explain the experiment results.With the new theory,in this paper it is discussed the relation between frequency difference Δυ and angle α,which is the angle between crystalline axis and beam axis.In two different kinds of situation,L<150mm and 150mm00 mode are measured.
