| Abstract: | It is suggested that turbulence is a kind of macroscopic viscosity; the usual turbulent motion being a combination of purely dynamical motion and (proper) turbulence. A flow in a channel is considered, the equation for the spectrum of (proper) turbulence and the expression for the spectrum are derived. |
