| Abstract: | A modified apparatus for AsH 3 generation is described in this paper. Wriggling pump is used for automatic solution addition and a time electric circuit is designed to control the time of addition of potassium (or sodium) boron hydride solution. The use of the single way valve and the threading cap for the reaction flask is proposed to prevent the escaping of the gas generated. This modified AsH 3 generation apparatus is proved to have homogeneous and repeatable evolution of the gaseous AsH 3. |
