短裂纹闭合的尺寸效应分析

摘    要:对循环荷作用下缺口根部静态短裂纹和扩展短裂纹的闭合现象进行了弹塑性有限元分析。考虑不同应力水平和应力比,尤其是零-压载荷对短裂纹的作用。在此基础上提出分析长,短裂纹闭合尺寸效应的修正模型。与实验结果相比,本文模型对短裂纹的闭合预测甚好。

Abstract:Closure behaviors of stationary and propagating short ctacks emanating from notch root under cyclic loading have been analysed by aid of elastic-plastic finite element method.The influences of crack length,load condition,especially that of compressive cyclic loading on short crack were studied.It is shown that the shorter the crack is,the lower the closure stress become.Based on this fact a modifying model for the size effect of short crack closure was proposed and was supported by experimental results.It is confirmed that the above analyses of the size effect of short crack closure can notonly reduce the scatter of da/dn data,but also can predict the propagation rate of short crack at notch root under compressive load conditions very well.
