Preparation of cyclohepta and benzo[ef]cycl[3.2.2]azines

Some cycloheptaef]cycl3.2.2]azines were prepared from cycloheptahi]indolizines and electron deficient acetylenes in the presence of appropriate oxidants. Also, benzoef]cycl3.2.2]azines were obtained similarly in good yields.
