| Abstract: | Biosurfactants are divided into 5 categories:glycolipids,polysaccha-
ride-lipids,lipopeptides,phospholipids and neutral lipids.This paper describes the
characteristics and the applications of biosurfactants as well as the chemical structure
and the physico-chemical properties of glycolipids.The applications of biosurfactants
are also discussed. |
