小脑齿状核MRI功能成象研究

摘    要:通过测量齿状核T1弛豫时间,设计出齿状核功能成象破坏稳态梯度回波序列的成象参数,并用此序列在一正常志愿者,在静止和刺激时交替扫描3次,进行齿状核功能成象,刺激时齿状核信号平均强度是静止时的1.2倍.静止和刺激时齿状核信号强度没有重叠

Abstract:Based on the measurements of T1 relaxation time of cerebellar dentate nuclei, we determined thebest parameters of a gradient echo MRI sequence for functional imaging of cerebellar dentate nuclei.With the sequence we performed functional MRI of cerebellar dentatc nuclei in a normal volunteer.The average increase of signal intensity was 20 % during activation state compared with that in restingstate. And there was no overlap in signal intensity between resting state and during hand toy matchingtask.
