钼蓝分光光度法测定铅精矿中二氧化硅

摘    要:
采用钼蓝分光光度法测定铅精矿中二氧化硅的含量,研究了显色酸度、钼酸铵用量、加入钼酸铵后的稳定时间、还原液用量以及加入还原液后稳定时间等因素对测定的影响,确定了最佳测定条件。方法加标回收率在97.01%~103.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.3%~8.5%。方法操作简单,流程短,干扰少,具有较好的精密度和准确度,能够满足铅精矿中二氧化硅含量的测定。

Abstract:
In this article, the contents of silicon dioxide in lead concentrates were determined by molybdenum blues pectrophotometry. Influence factors, such as the acidityfor color reaction,the quantity of ammonium molybdate, stabilization time after introducing ammonium molybdate,the amount of reducing solution, and stabilization timeafter adding reducing solution,were studied. The optimum determination conditionswere obtained according to experimental results. The recovery was 97.01%~103.8%. The relative standard deviation (RSD)was 1.3%-8.5%. The proposed method provides the advantages of simple operation, short analysis time, less interference, high precision and good accuracy. So it is applicable to determine the contents of silicon dioxide inlead concentrates.
