摘    要:近年来.科研工作者报道了大量中成药中微量元素的音量.并从性味、归经、炮制、药效等诸多方面探讨了与微量元素的关系.尤其是研究证实微量元素与虚证证型有密切关系,对虚证患者血清或发中锌值降低、铜/锌比值增高等认识较统一.为中医辨证论治提供了比较客观的指标.本文综述了微量元素与中医各种虚证证型的研究,以及微量元素与补虚中成药之间的研究概况.提示微量元素与虚证中医药的研究将为中医药的更高层次的探索开辟新路.

Abstract:Recently the researchists have reported many studies on the contents of the trace element in a lot of the "Zhongchengyao" which are end product made from the CTM (Chinese Traditional Medicien). and have investigated the relationship between the trace elements and the shape-propertie-flavors. or the process of drug, or curative effect as well as the "guijing" (that is attribution of the passages, through which the vital energy circulates and regulates the body functions) etc. Specially. these studie showed the trace elemental close relationaship with the category of the "Xuzheng" (which is a kind of chronic syndrome marked by deficiency of vital energy and poorness of body resistance). for example, the contents of Zn in serum or hair of the patient belong to "Xuzheng" is decreased, however. the ratio of Cu/Zn is increased. It is proposed that this investigation provides an objective guide for the differentiation and treatment of the CTM science. The investigation on the ralationship between the trace elements and various category of the "Xuzheng", and the outline of the studies on the trace elements and the "Zhongchengyao" using for tonifing the "Xuzheng" was summarized in this paper. It is clear that the investigation on the relationship between the trace element and CTM open up a new path for the exploration of CTM in higher step.
