摘    要:探讨了日立HITACHIL 710 0高效液相色谱 (HPLC)、岛津LC 6A型液相色谱、WatersTM4 74液相色谱系统及相关色谱柱对红霉素肟及其相关物质的色谱条件影响 ,实验表明 ,在其他色谱条件相对稳定的条件下 ,不同型号仪器和色谱柱对样品分离度及保留时间有较大影响 ,摸索到了不同仪器系统下的稳定分析条件 ,取得了相对良好的线性相关性 ,对不同环境下进行红霉素肟的质量检测具有指导意义。

Abstract:A HPLC chromatography for the determination of erythromycin A oxime and relative compounds was studied, amd the effect of chromatography systems including a HITACHI L-7100, a Shimadzu LC-6A, a Waters TM 474 and relative columns was analyzed. It was revealed that different HPLC apparatus and columns have obvious impact on the peak separation and retention time under the general chromatographic condition. The suitable chromatographic conditions for several different chromatography systems were summarized with good linear relationship, which is very significant to the quality control of erythromycin A oxime and relative compounds.
