Abstract: | ![]() The paper reports the experimental study of current carrier transitions between surface and bulk energy states and their influence on the magneto-resistances of an atomically pure Mo(110) plate and a similar plate covered with adsorbed hydrogen and deuterium monolayer films. Effect of adsorbate submonolayer ordering on the surface scattering of current carriers is investigated. The experiment employs the static skin effect technique under ultrahigh vacuum conditions. |
