Find the Beauty of Chemistry and Realize the Charm of Science

In the paper ,it is pointed out that the key factor of chemistry education is to induct the students to find the beauty of chemistry ,realize ht charm of science and inspire their interests to study ,explode their potential to create .The authors expound the exterior beauty and the inner beauty of chemistry ,the beautiful life of the chemists and the beautiful personality of chemistry teachers .In the authors opinion ,the beauty of the personality of chemistry teachers origins from the education idea "the full development of the students is our essential aim" and the truehearted love to the students and the chemistry education idea ,strengthen their quality ,sublime lofty personality and to achieve our ultimate aim "teachers enjoy teaching,students enjoy learning".
