| Abstract: | In this paper,we proposed a spectro-electrochemical method for the determina-tion of iodide in foods, discussed the opti-mum conditions for iodide quantitation, Themethod has been used to determine the io-djde contentin the tissues of edible sea-weeds,as well as the iodide distributed insalts sticked on the seaweed suffaces andiodized tablet salts,This method is simpleand practical with high iodide recoveryrates. |
