摘    要:原理分析和实验结果证明了:通过一种含有空腔的金属电极与压电复合材料的界面作用,发迹了应力的作用式,提高了d33值;并使数值符号相反的d33和d31均对dh值起加大作用。

Abstract:A principle analysis and experiments have proved that using the interfacial action between a metal electrode with cavity and a piezoelectric composite film can change the action of the stress, raise the value of d33 from (12.o--27.8pC/N) to (33.6-106pC/N), make d33 and d31 with opposite signs to add up in their contributions to dh 3 which can thus be raised from < 27pC/N to > 41pC/N. The new construction increases the piezoelectric sensitivity and the mechanical strength of the piezoelectric composite film as a force sensing element and can be expected to be applied widely in underwateracoustics, electroacoustics,etc.
