陶粒混凝土冲击损伤演化的三维数值模拟

摘    要:为了研究陶粒混凝土在冲击载荷下的损伤演化规律, 利用蒙特卡洛随机数和背景网格建模方法, 建立了陶粒混凝土的三维数值模型, 模拟了冲击载荷下陶粒混凝土的损伤演化过程. 研究表明: 冲击载荷下陶粒混凝土的细观损伤演化速度随着陶粒体积分数的增加和加载脉冲的增加而增加. 细观数值模拟还显示了陶粒混凝土的破坏过程, 即损伤演化从陶粒骨料开始, 之后向砂浆基体延伸扩展.

Abstract:In order to study the damage development law of ceramsite concrete under impact loading, methods of the Monte Carlo random number and background mesh modeling are used to establish the 3D numerical model of ceramsite concrete. The simulation results indicate that the rate of meso-damage evolution of ceramsite concrete increases with the increase of the volume fraction of the ceramsite and the amplitude of the loaded pulse. The meso-scale numerical model has manifested the damage process of ceramsite concrete clearly. Also found is that the damage expands from the aggregate area to the mortar matrix.
