摘    要:研究了机械产品结构对称性设计知识模型, 建立了包含结构对称、对称破缺和弱对称在内的完整机械结构对称性层次性模型, 以及结构对称性在实现机械产品功能、性能和约束中的设计知识模型, 包括单种结构对称性不同层次的设计知识模型、同种对称性程度不同对称性类型的结构对称性设计知识模型以及同种对称性类型不同对称性程度的结构对称性设计知识模型. 建立的结构对称性设计知识模型能较完整地描述不同层次、不同类型及不同对称性程度的结构对称性设计知识及其之间的关联关系, 为进一步研究机械结构对称性设计知识的挖掘和应用规律的建立奠定了基础.

Abstract:In this article the design knowledge model of mechanical product structure symmetry is studied. A comprehensive hierarchical model of mechanical structure symmetry is established, which includes strict structure symmetry, structure symmetry broken and weak structure symmetry. The design knowledge model of structure symmetry in realizing mechanical product function, performance and restriction is also built, including the hierarchical design knowledge model for a single symmetry type, the design knowledge model for structure symmetries which have same symmetry degree but different symmetry types, and the design knowledge model for structure symmetries which have same symmetry type but different symmetry degrees. The proposed design knowledge model can describe the design knowledge and their relationships of all structure symmetries from the views at different levels, different symmetry types and different symmetry degrees. The research result lays the theoretical foundation for the further research on design knowledge discovery and application rules of mechanical structure symmetry.
