面向知识管理的企业业务问题求解方案管理系统研究

针对企业求解业务问题时方案制定不合理的问题, 设计了面向知识服务的业务问题求解模型框架以及求解方案管理系统的体系架构, 并介绍了该系统的功能模块、关键技术和实现方法. 系统通过对企业业务问题求解方案进行多层次的建模, 规范制定了企业求解方案的建模流程, 使求解方案的制定效率更高; 同时实现了业务执行过程的知识化. 系统通过分析和抽取企业内外的信息, 实现了企业知识资源的自生长, 从而提高了求解方案制定的准确性.

Knowledge-management-oriented management system for solutions to enterprise business problems

To address the issue of inadequate solutions for the current enterprise business problems, a business- problem-solving framework is proposed with a knowledge-service-oriented approach. The architecture of a management system is first designed for the solutions to enterprise business problems. The functional modules and the relevant key technologies are introduced, with which the system is implemented. By employing a multi-level modeling strategy, the system standardizes the proposed modeling process to raise the efficiency of the solutions, and to help realize the knowledge-driven business process. In addition, by analyzing and extracting internal and external knowledge and information, the management system is aimed to help enterprise achieve self-growing of knowledge resource, hence is conducive to enhancing the adequacy of solutions for business problems
