摘    要:以水杨醛与壳聚糖反应制得的壳聚糖席夫碱配体再与PdCl2反应制得了壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化剂。研究了该催化剂对碘代苯(PhI)与丙烯酸乙酯(EA)偶联生成反式肉桂酸乙酯反应的催化性能。考察了原料比、缚酸剂种类及其用量、反应温度、溶剂、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对该反应的影响,确定了该催化反应的最佳反应条件。该催化剂经过滤分离、溶剂洗涤,循环使用4次仍有较高的催化活性。

Abstract:Chitosan Schiff-base palladium catalyst was synthesized from chitosan and salicylaldehyde via grafting to form chitosan Schiff-base,followed by coordination with palladium chloride.The performance of this catalyst for the cross-coupling reaction of iodobenzene and ethyl acrylate was studied.Effect of different reaction conditions,such as molar ratio of iodobenzene and ethyl(acrylate),kind and amount of base,reaction temperature,solvent,amount of catalyst,reaction time,on yields were investigated.The best condition for the reaction was obtained.By filtrating from the(reaction) mixture and washing with the solvent,the catalyst could be reused for 4 times without the loss of activity.
