| Abstract: | A method for determination of camphor and menthol in Liushen Qushu Shui was established. The linear range of camphor was 0.040 44 - 0. 505 5 mg/mL with a good linear relationship （ r = 0.999 9 ）, and average recovery was 99.18 % , the relative standard deviation was 0.79% （ n = 6）. The hnear range of menthol was 0. 049 84 - 0. 249 2 mg/mL with a good linear relationship（ r = 0. 9994）, and average recovery was 99.65%, the relative standard deviation was 1.5% （ n = 6）. This method is simple, rapid, accu- rate, and it can be used to control the quality of preparation. |
