钇-铕-美他环素-CTMAB稀土共发光体系的研究及分析应用

摘    要:利用荧光光谱法研究了钇-铕-美他环素(MTC)-CTMAB体系的稀土共发光效应,最佳形成条件,并对其作用机理进行了探讨,提出了测定MTC的荧光分光光度法。结果表明,共发光体系的荧光强度与MTC的浓度在1.0×10-7mol/L~1.5×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,其检出限为3.6×10-8mol/L。采用标准加入法测定了药物制剂中的MTC。

Abstract:In this study, the co-luminescence effect of Y~(3+)-Eu~(3+)-metacycline (MTC)-cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) system was studied and the luminescence mechanism of the system was discussed. Based on the co-luminescence effect, a fluorescent method for the determination of MTC has been proposed. Ihe effects of various factors on the system were investigated in detail. Under optimum conditions, a linear relationship was obtained between the fluorescence intensity and the MTC concentration in the range of 1.0×10~(-7) mol/L~1.5×10~(-5) mol/L. The detection limit of MTC was 3.6×10~(-8) mol/L. This system was used for the determination of MTC in the tablet samples with satisfactory results.
