摘    要:采用湿法消解样品,硝酸镧消除相关干扰,校准曲线法在同一溶液中利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定马齿苋叶中Mg、Ca元素的含量。结果表明,马齿苋叶中含有丰富的Mg、Ca元素,平均含量分别为1707.9μg/g和2992.8μg/g,方法的加标回收率在88.2%—105.2%之间,相对标准偏差在0.56%—0.93%之间,测定结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Samples were digested by wet method,and eliminated interference with lanthanum nitrate,the amounts of Mg,Ca in purslane leaves were determined by FAAS.The purslane leaves are rich in Mg,Ca,1707.9μg/g,2992.8μg/g average levels,respectively.Recovery of method is 88.2%—105.2%,the relative standard deviation is in the range of 0.56—0.93.The method is accurate and reliable.
