摘    要:采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)观察3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸(TBA)对人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞的增殖抑制作用; 通过流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡、细胞内活性氧(ROS)及线粒体膜电位的变化, 用比色法测定Caspase-9和Caspase-3蛋白活性, 探讨TBA 诱导SMMC-7721细胞凋亡的分子机制. 研究结果表明, TBA对SMMC-7721细胞生长具有显著的抑制作用并诱导其凋亡, 诱导SMMC-7721细胞凋亡作用可能通过线粒体信号传导通路实现.

Abstract:Trihydroxybenzoic acid show the anti-tumor potency from many previous investigations,but the research for the inhibitory effect and mechanism on SMMC-7721 cells has not been regarded so far.MTT assay was used to evaluate the anti-proliferation effect of trihydroxybenzoic acid on SMMC-7721 cells and human PBMC.ROS production,apoptotic cells and the mitochondrial membrane potential were detected by flow cytometry.The activities of Caspase-3,9 were measured by colorimetric method.The results show that trihydro...
