摘    要:优化了头孢硫脒分子印迹聚合物的合成条件,探讨了分子印迹技术和固相萃取联用对血浆中头孢硫脒的分离富集,发现用4-乙烯基吡啶作功能单体合成的分子印迹聚合物作为固相萃取填充料,能定量吸附血浆中的头孢硫脒,并初步研究了其吸附机理。

Abstract:Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIPs) against cefathiamidine was sgnthocied and its applications for separation and enrichment in solid phase extraction(SPE) were reported.The mechanism of adsorption was discussed.All of the cefathiamidine can be adsorbed by molecularly imprinted polymers with 4-vinylpyridine as monomer and efficiently eluted by 2 mL water containing 30% acetic acid,which shows that molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction can be used to treat serum for the detection of cefathiamidine by high performance liquid chromatography.
