| Abstract: | A new triterpenoid, possessing a lanost-9(11)-3-one skeleton, was isolated from the roots of Kadsura coccinea, based on the spectral analysis, its structure was elucidated as 3-hydroxy -12-acetoxycoccinic acid. |
