摘    要:利用非相干光纤激光组束技术可以获得激光加工和光学制造的高功率光源。传输透镜及衍射光栅是决定组束系统效率的关键部件,通过理论分析和数值仿真,结果表明透镜焦距25cm、光栅频率200mm-1对组束系统是较为合适的。在此条件下,组束系统的平均衍射效率可以达到52.96%,输出功率可以达到千瓦量级。

Abstract:The high power high brightness laser source for material processing could be achieved through incoherent fiber laser beam combination.In such system the transform lens and diffractive grating play an important role in determining the combining system's efficiency.Through theoretic analysis and numerical simulations,it has been proved that the focal length of 25cm and grating frequency of 200mm-1 are much suitable for combining system.Under such condition the average diffration efficiency could be 52.96%,and the output power of combined beam is much close to 1 kilowatt.
