| Abstract: | A rapid and exact analytical method for the determination of 3-indoleacetic acid, abscisic acid and gibberellin in plant by high -performance liquid chromatography was established. Under the selected optimum chromatographic conditions, this method was simple and convenient with a high sensitivity. The results were satifactory. |
