The closed form of solutions of Kac-van Moerbeke lattice andself-dual network equations are considered by proposingtransformations based on Riccati equation, using symboliccomputation. In contrast to the numerical computation oftravelling wave solutions for differential differenceequations, our method obtains exact solutions which have physical relevance. |
