摘    要:保护渣工艺广泛应用于冶金行业,其熔点熔速指标对于实际工业生产具有非常重要的指导意义。针对保护渣熔点熔速分析试验的需要,设计了一种集成度高、成本低、效率高、精度高的保护渣熔点熔速测定仪。该保护渣熔点熔速测定仪以STM32为内核控制芯片,嵌入UCOSIII操作系统,提高了系统的实时性与稳定性。采用预测式负反馈算法对加热炉的温度进行控制,改善了常规PID控制存在的超调现象,实现了对炉温的精准控制。系统采用CCD摄像头对保护渣的熔化状态进行实时采集,实时传输到触摸屏和主基站中,实现了对保护渣熔点熔速测定仪的实时监控和操作。

Design of an Embedded-based Melting Point and Rate Measuring Instrument of Mold Powder

Abstract:Mold powder applies to metallurgy industry broadly, and the melting point and rate index has a very important guiding significance for practical industrial production. Aiming at the need of the melting point and rate test and analysis of mold powder, a high degree of integration, low cost, high efficiency, high precision instrument was designed. the melting point and rate measuring instrument uses STM32 as the kernel control chip, embedded UCOSIII operating system, to improve the timeliness and stability of the system. Furnace temperature is controlled by using predictive negative feedback algorithm, which improves the overshoot phenomenon in traditional PID control method and realizes the precise control. The system with CCD camera carrying outSreal-timeSacquisition on the state of mold powder, with real-time transmission to the touch screen and the main base station through the microcontroller, realizes the melting point and rate measuring instrument system real-time monitoring and operating.
