摘 要: | ![]() 为了提高火电厂电站管线漏电检测的准确性和实时性,并最大程度降低对管线的损坏,设计并实现了一种基于ASDX/ASCX的火电厂电站管线漏电无损检测系统。采用ASDX/ASCX传感器完成对电站管线漏电信号传播速度数据以及电站管线漏电信号所在管线高度数据等的采集,基于可编程逻辑控制器PLC(Program Logic Control,PLC),对采用传感器采集管线中的数据过程进行实时控制,通过实时分析采集的数据,进而实时的对管线进行无损检测,系统硬件设计给出了基于ASDX/ASCX三轴加速度传感器、ARM微处理器以及USB2085数据采集卡等硬件的设计原理,软件设计中,对PLC控制的软件平台选择及运行流程进行了详细设计,并给出了无损检测漏电信号TMS320VC5509A DSP处理流程。实验结果表明,系统控制误差在2%以内,比传统系统平均节能120J,运算效率提高22%左右。系统控制精度高,响应速度快,可靠性强,满足用户使用要求。

Abstract: | ![]() In order to improve the accuracy of the thermal power station pipeline leakage detection and real-time performance, and the greatest degree to reduce the damage to pipeline, designs and realizes a kind of power plant based on ASDX / ASCX pipeline leakage non-destructive testing system. Using ASDX / ASCX sensor complete power station pipeline leakage signal propagation velocity data and the pipeline leakage signal in pipeline height data collection, based on programmable Logic controller PLC (Program Logic Control, PLC), to use sensors to real time Control process of collection of data in pipeline, through the analysis of the real-time acquisition of data, and real-time to nondestructive testing of pipeline, the system hardware design is given based on ASDX / ASCX triaxial acceleration sensor, ARM microprocessor and USB2085 data acquisition card design principle of hardware, software design, the software platform selection and operation flow of the PLC Control has carried on the detailed design, and gives the NDT leakage signal TMS320VC5509A DSP processing. The experimental results show that the system control error within 2%, 120 j of energy on average than traditional system, operational efficiency is about 22%. System has high control accuracy, response speed, reliability, and satisfies the requirement of users. |
